The first stage of Curly Conversation capability is the Discovery Stage. Once you and your team have completed the Kick-Off session, this program will give you the support you need to confidently lead Curly Conversation Starters in your team. In parallel, it will also help your team to evolve its ability to have Curly Conversations. Having completed the program you will be ready to confidently and curiously fly solo using any Curly Conversation Starter.

Held over 6 months, this program continues where the Conversation Kick-Starter leaves off.

Conversation Kick-Starter Program 

This program follows the Discovery Stage.

  • Build your Curly capability and confidence through 3x one-to-one coaching sessions with Kate*

  • Apply your Curly Conversation skills with Kate in the meeting to support you and your team through 3 x team Curly Conversations*

 

  • Identify areas to focus on during future Curly Conversations using the online Conversation Continuum self-assessment

 

  • Work out what's next during the post-program one-to-one planning debrief*
