When the Executive Team at Australian Unity's Independent and Assisted Living (IAL) platform began their 'Curly Conversation' Program (called The Vital Thread), their business was experiencing major disruption. We spent 9 months working together and in these short videos, I asked the team to reflect on the Vital Thread journey, how it differed from more traditional approaches and how it changed the way they work and think.
