The other night I couldn't sleep. I had an idea going around and around in my head and I couldn’t make the parts fit together.
I eventually realised that the reason I couldn't make it fit was that I had become locked into the wrong answer. It was a bit like a puzzle piece that looked like it fitted in a particular spot but when I tried to push it into place, it didn’t really fit. Consequently, I was mentally bashing the piece into the wrong spot when what I needed to do was try something else.
⇨ I wonder if you have a solution that you’ve committed to so much in your head that you’ve now locked it in as being the right answer. Are things falling into place? If they aren't, perhaps it’s not the right solution.
