We've been experiencing a lot of disruption lately and while life may be getting back to normal for some of us, for others, it's very different.
When we've been disrupted, it's natural to hanker for the comfort of something we can call "normal". It's as though we'd like to flick a switch and make the transition happen more quickly. We can become frustrated because the transition doesn't happen quickly enough.
The road back to 'normality' has many stages. Each of these offers an opportunity and helps us to prepare and think different elements through.
Perhaps now is a good time to check-in and ask:
● Where am I on the road?
● Where are those around me?
● What is the potential opportunity?
