What's on your wallpaper?

Back in the nineteen seventies, it was popular to use wallpaper (sometimes very loud wallpaper) on walls instead of painting them. When I was a child, in our kitchen wall is psychedelic orange and brown hexagons behind. They were pretty loud but we didn't notice them because we saw them every day and so they blended into the background. Life and work also have wallpaper. It's the stuff that we see every day and don't even notice anymore because it's so normal. However, when our world is disrupted, the things that used to be in the wallpaper sometimes jump out at us. The last few months have been (and continue to be) disruptive. This offers us an opportunity to look at what’s on our wallpaper and decide if it’s still what we want. So today, why not take 30 seconds to stop and be curious? Ask yourself: * what am I seeing now that I didn’t see before? * what do I think about it? * would there be any benefit in doing it differently? I’ll look forward to hearing what you discover.
