Would you like to go from being invisible to being invincible?

This morning I’ve been reading Amanda Blesing’s book “Invisible to Invincible”. I so wish this book was around 10 years ago when I was an executive in the corporate world. Amanda has nailed the challenges and expectations of women in executive roles. She talks about the minefield of self-promotion which, if we get it wrong, has serious repercussions. However, if we don’t do it, there are even bigger ramifications. If you’re a female senior executive but you hate self-promotion, or you find yourself in meetings but no one knows you’re there and you’re constantly being talked over I thoroughly recommend checking out Amanda’s book.
