How should we decide?

⇨ We’re often keen to get decisions out of the way, especially the big important ones, so we can get that ‘Phew’ sense of relief. In teams, this can mean we leap too quickly to conclusions or rely on assumptions that are no longer valid.

Today’s question puts in a circuit breaker by getting team members to put their thinking out in the open so it can be collectively explored. This builds alignment and increased the likelihood that the decision will live beyond the initial conversation.
