Perhaps more than you might at first think.
At the supermarket last weekend my attention was caught by a table with bags of carrots for a dollar.
What caught my eye was not the low price, it was the carrots themselves.
They were all exactly the same. Size, colour, shape. All supposedly perfect.
I wondered how many perfectly good carrots, that didn't fit this mould, had been thrown away and wasted.
If your team were a bunch of carrots what would its members look like?
Would all of them be the same?
Not just in the way they look but it the way they think?
Would they be different?
A curious thought.
