Are you decision-making or problem-solving?

Have you ever wondered about the difference between these two ideas? Or at least wondered why it matters? When you look at them on the surface, they are kind of the same. After all, they both involve us making choices. So, what’s the difference and why does it matter? Decision-making is choosing from what’s on the table in front of you. Problem-solving is choosing what should be on the table in the first place. Decision-making is about coming up with the answer and problem-solving is making sure you’re asking the right questions. Decision-making gives us the satisfaction of knowing, problem-solving is about being comfortable with not knowing. Which one will serve you best today? I'd love to hear about your experience.
