Could you use a new perspective?



I try to get out for a walk every day. For practical reasons, I usually do the same 5-kilometre circuit. It means I know how long it’s going to take and how much exercise I’ll get.


The other day, instead of heading in the normal direction, we walked the circuit in reverse.


This meant that the things we usually passed from the front to back, we were now passing from the back to the front. And, the things that were usually on our left, on the other side of the road, were now on our right and next to us.


Walking the circuit in reverse was such a small thing to change and yet it created a completely different experience.


Sometimes, we don't need something new, we just need a new perspective.

So, I’m curious. 🤔
