With March being so busy, the team is moving between “swimmer mode” and “surfer mode.” When it’s go time, we’re putting in the hard work. When needed, we slow it down, stay calm, adapt, and wait for the right moment before acting.
The team has also started using a couple of strategy cards - “Breathe, then speak” and “Lower the volume.”
This is helping us read our customers better and ask stronger questions.
We’re seeing the team pause before responding, stay composed in conversations, and be more intentional in how they communicate. It’s helping them stay in control of the interaction, listen more effectively, and ask more thoughtful questions
