We introduced the “Switch to Surfer Mode” theme during our team meeting today and the team energy was very high.
Everyone shared their thoughts on what the next few weeks may look like, especially with the increased pace of conversations and member enquiries.
The team understood the importance of steadying ourselves first when pressure rises.
Together, we selected “SLOW 5%” as the strategy to road-test today.
The team will consciously slow down just slightly when responding to members to ensure we are listening, thinking clearly, and choosing our actions deliberately.
We’ve placed the strategy cards where the team can see them and will come together at the end of the day to reflect on whether the strategy worked for us as #oneTeam
