Bankstown - Unstoppable Retail. Being A Surfer!

March, I call it "Mad March", with so many disruptions. But this year, a little bit different with the 12 weeks challenge. Together, we have created a switcher.

This is my team insight: "The 12-week challenge introduced by Kate Christiansen has been a valuable and insightful experience for our team. It encourages us to step outside our usual mindset and explore new ways of thinking, not only in the workplace but also in our personal lives.

Learning to recognise key moments and pause before reacting has made an impact on both us and the customer. That simple pause creates space to consider different perspectives, rather than making quick decisions based on initial assumptions.

Interestingly, our team selected the same focus cards for last week’s challenge: “Pause Before Processing,” “Stay on the Board,” and “One Question First.” I’m pleased to share our collective experience and the positive changes we’ve seen by putting these strategies into practice."

Let's continue the journey and this week, we have chosen these cards so far.

Nice one @Viona Bui! It's great to hear that the Unstoppable Retail strategy cards are helping you and the team make March a little less 'mad' this year. One of the useful parts about this phase of the challenge is that you get to choose which cards will be most useful for you. It sounds like that has worked for you and the team so far. Sometimes it can also be good to try a strategy that at first you think 'Nahhh! Not keen to try that one'. That in itself can be interesting to reflect on. Well done to you and the team at Bankstown!
