Imagine what would happen if you did? You’d start digging holes and ripping up the landscape but which way would you go. You might have a plan but without a map, how could you know whether you had chosen the fastest, safe and easiest route? When we experience significant disruption, the landscape changes and often creates a level of complexity that previously wasn’t there. If we’re going to navigate this complexity and address the problems within it, we need a map to guide us. This enables our leaders and teams to understand and picture the problem before we plan the road through it. If you drew a map of your environment and the biggest challenge you’re facing right now, what would it look like? Would other people be able to connect with it? Mapping a complex problem is both an art and a science and it’s something I’ve been doing for over two decades. When the time is right for you, I’d love to learn about your current challenge and share how I can help you start the next chapter with clarity and confidence. I’ve included a link in the comments if you’d like to learn more. Please share this post with others who would gain value from it. #problemsolving #moveforward #curlycalm&curious #whatinspiresme #smartstart
